As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding efficiently and accurately to customer inquiries, meeting service level agreements, troubleshooting product and service issues, and performing administrative tasks related to customer accounts. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process improvement. Qualifications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu • Ability to empathetically handle customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills • Ability to navigate multiple systems and accurately document customer interactions • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google • Previous customer service experience is a plus
